*FRIDAY*
Coaches Luncheon-The first coaches Luncheon of the season will be held beginning at noon in the Pioneer Room at the Carlson Center.  Cost is still $15 and both head coaches will be on hand to speak.

7:07pm the Alaska Nanooks will take on the Air Force Academy.  This will be the first Division 1 contests of the season.  This is military appreciation weekend and all military can get a free ticket with the purchase of a ticket.

*SATURDAY*
The Face-Off Club is hosting a tailgate party from 4:30 to 6:30 pm in front of the Carlson Center (near the AWG caldron).  The Club is providing burgers, dogs, chips, soft drinks and hot chocolate.  There will be heaters in case it’s cold. So, come early to the game and mingle with other fans.

7:07pm the Alaska Nanooks will again take on the Air Force Academy.

As usual the games will be broadcast locally with Bruce Cech doing the play-by-play on the radio at 820 AM on your radio dial and on the internet at 820sports.com.  Or for a fee you can watch the video stream of the games at WCHA.tv
