Home vs Alabama Huntsville

*A BIG WEEKEND*
The Alaska Nanooks are currently sitting in 7th place in the WCHA.  Two
points behind Ferris State and Lake Superior State who are tied for 5th
place. The Nanooks opponent this weekend The University of Alabama
Huntsville (UAH) are in 8th place, 3 points behind us.

With both Ferris and Lake Superior on a bye week, this is a huge weekend
for both the Alaska Nanooks, and their opponents this weekend.  A sweep
this weekend would vault the Nanooks into 5th place and within striking
distance of Fourth Place (the final home playoff spot). But, you can bet,
UAH is looking to sweep, and move up past us to Fifth place.  This weekend
will be a battle to see who will take over 5th Place in the WCHA, so I
expect some really great competition on the ice this Friday and Saturday.

*THE GAMES*
